While we're confident you'll love your Homefarm, if it's not the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window. The returned product must be unused and sent back in its original brown shipping box with all included extras.
Please ensure that the return package contains all the extras. Our inspection team will review the returned item; if it doesn't meet these conditions, a refund may be denied.
To initiate a return, kindly email our team at hello@myhomefarm.com.au with your order name and number, along with the reason for the return. Our Customer Service Team may ask a few necessary questions to prevent misuse of our return process.
For any damages or issues with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can address and resolve the problem promptly.
Upon receiving your return, we'll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may affect the refund timeline.
