Kale grow

The young and tender shoots of kale, have a flavor profile that is similar to mature kale, but milder and less bitter. They are often described as slightly sweet, earthy, and crisp.

Kale microgreens are considered a superfood due to their high nutrient content. They are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate and calcium. They are also rich in antioxidants, such as beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin.  They are also have a very high dietary fiber content.
